Each head is bald and comes with a pair of eyes and a wig, facial makeup is slightly different as head’s photo. There are different makeup for the same heads; a pre-shipment image will be sent to you before it’s shipped.

For customers within the contentious U.S location, we will ship it by DHL or UPS.
Shipments will be all discreet and marked as mannequins for your privacy.
Once we receive the order, if it's a customized order, we will notify the manufacturer and initial the production. Before the shipment, we will communicate with you to make sure it's the right order and make sure the details are correct.
