Quality Control


We work with the manufacturers day to day face to face, for every order, we go through 30 point quality control and make sure everything inside of the order is correct and safely packaged with privacy in mind. 


Damages & Warranty


Due to the nature of the product, we only offer refunds when the product arrives damaged or non-function. 

In the event of defective products, we will provide nessesary tool kits to help solve the problem. So it's very important to inspect the package throughly to make sure it's working properly, if it's not, please report it to us immediately. 

For damages on small parts of the dolls, if it's non-fixable but changable, we will be able to seek possibilities to change it. 


We welcome any feedback as well as it can help us work with our builders to avoid a repeat of these issues in the future.
